- It is the most commonly used concrete floor laying technique in India .We use this technique since 1989.
- We have 12 sets of Tremix flooring working all over India.
- The machinery is all three phase power operated .
- Tremix flooring suited for small daily output @ 200Sqmtrs. Per day.
- The floor construction is in long strips of four meter width.
- Guide channels are manually fitted to the required line & levels .
- Surface vibrator runs on prefixed guide channels & vibrates the concrete.
- The set of top mat , suction mats & vacuum pump takes out excess water from freshly vibrated concrete.
- Concrete surface is then skimfloated with walk behind power trowels. To get smooth finish
- same trowel is used with blades fitted.
