CEPRO has various types of heat resistant fabrics in its program. These fabrics are used to protect the welding spot against welding spatter. By using heat resistant fabrics, damage and (fire) risks can be avoided. All these materials are made of glass fiber, except for Olympus which is produced from silicate fiber. The fabrics have a flame-retarding coating, which also increases their mechanical strength. All these heat resistant fabrics are asbestos-free and can therefore be used as an alternative for various asbestos-containing products.
